Tournament registration is accepted strictly through online mode only. The online registration portal will remain active until Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 9:00 PM.
๐ซ No Spot Entries: No registrations will be accepted on tournament day under any circumstance. Online registration can be completed via the official QR Code or Registration Helpline.

- Online Registration Only: Tournament registration is accepted strictly through the online mode.
- Registration Deadline: Online registration will remain active until Wednesday, 30th September 2026, 9:00 PM.
- No Spot Entries: No spot registrations will be accepted on tournament day under any circumstance.
- Bring Your Own Chess Board: Every participant must bring their own standard chess board and chess pieces.
- Tournament System: The championship will be conducted strictly in accordance with the Swiss League System.
- Number of Rounds: The total number of rounds will be determined based on the final total number of participants.
- Time Control: 10 minutes per player with a 5-second increment for every move (10m + 5s rapid format).
- Arbiter's Discretion: Any necessary modifications or operational adjustments may be made as per the Chief Arbiter's discretion.
- No Mobile Usage: Use of mobile phones or electronic gadgets during match play is strictly prohibited.
- Final & Binding Decision: The decision of the Chief Arbiter and Tournament Committee is final and binding on all players.
- Code of Conduct: Talking, creating commotion, shouting, giving outside suggestions/coaching, or any disturbance in the hall is strictly prohibited.
- Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the tournament implies unconditional acceptance of all stated rules and regulations.
